IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Registrations will be available from March 20th – July 20th, exclusively through the Congress website.
After this date, registrations will only be available at the event venue during the Congress.

This Congress follows ANVISA Guidelines, through Resolution RDC No. 96, dated from December 17th – 2008, as amended by RDC 23 from May 20th – 2009. The participants badges will be identified as PRESCRIBER or NON-PRESCRIBER, respecting Medical and Non-Medical Professionals, as directed by ANVISA. To access the online form, your e-mail and password will be required. Make sure to provide the correct e-mail address; it will be used for all communications with the Organization.

The official language of the BCTRIMS 19th Annual Meeting will be English. Simultaneous translation into Portuguese during the event will be available in the main hall only.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES
Access to all scientific sessions and social events (Opening Ceremony and Gala Dinner), Exhibition hall and Conference material.

CATEGORY VERIFICATION
For Residents / Fellow and Graduation Students, a proof of the category must be attached during the registration process. Eg. proof of enrollment issued by the university, payment of annual membership fee for society members.

Delegates will be directed to CIELO payment gateway. Registration will only be completed after payment is confirmed. Keep your receipt to confirm your registration until you receive the official confirmation of payment message. After the payment has been identified, the Congress receipt will be available in the Delegates Restricted Area.

Confirmation of registration will be sent to the e-mail informed on your registration form, within 30 days after payment. If you do not receive it, please contact the Registration Department:

Receipt: payment receipt will be made available in the Delegates Restricted Area, within 30 days after payment is identified.

REFUND POLICY
The reimbursement will be returned only upon written request justifying the cancellation, forwarded to the Executive Secretary of the event at:
registrationbrasil@mci-group.com.

– Until july 20th, 2018: 70% refund regarding the fee paid.
– From July 21th, 2018: no refund will be available.
– Absence from the Forum without Notice of Cancellation: no refund will be available.

Deadline for refunding: 30 days after the congress.

REPLACEMENT OF ATTENDEES
The Organizing Committee will accept replacements to another participant only under the same category. It must be requested by e-mail until July 20th, 2018.
